The Development, Education Learning & Training Association (DELTA) organization is interested working with your organization in several provinces of Afghanistan such as; Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, Urozgan, Nimroz, Logar, Balkh, Farah, Herat, and Kabul and the organization has selected the provinces and each district of the provinces based on its previous experience.
